





How do I start your service?
Easy.... just fill out our online service request form, or call us at 314-602-2474 8-5 M-F.
We'll give you a call to arrange for meeting you and your dog, going over your property, and answering any questions you may have. After that you'll agree on a schedule, sign a permission waiver that allows us to enter your property, and your service will be started.
How do I pay for your service?
You will be billed in addvance on the 15th of each month my mail or email (preferred) for each upcoming month of service. Payment is due on the 1st of the upcoming service month.n Payment may be made by mail (check or money order), or pay conveniently and securely online through PayPal.
What does your guarantee not cover?
We cannot guarantee service with the following conditions but will do our best: Loose stool - Muddy areas - Overgrown grass or weeds - Excessive leaf or trash litter, ivy, mud, and snow or ice - Flooded areas - Wet stools due to rain or sprinklers - Landscape pebbles or bark, ground cover.
How often do I need you?
Once a week is what we suggest unless you have 2 or more dogs. In that case twice weekly is best.
What about my gate?
For our protection and yours, we will not jump or climb over fences. If your gate is locked or your dog is preventing access to your property, the service call will be billed at half the rate of your normal weekly service.
Can you work with my dog ouitside?
The simple answer to the question is: If your dog is friendly, of course. If you know that your pet will not accept visitors to the yard, or it is obvious the dog will not let us do our job, we ask that you restrain or confine your dog away from the area to be serviced.
What days do you not work?
We do not work weekends except by special arrangement, and possibly an addded fee.
Our holidays are: New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

How do you dispose of the dog waste?
We double bag all waste and place it in your garbage container or other designated area. All equipment and footwear are disinfected before each visit.
Are there any contracts to sign?
None. We continue your service until you tell us not to. You can cancel any time with a phone call.
Do I have to be at home?
Of course not. Most people work or have other things to do during the day.
What if I go on vacation?
Just call us before you leave and let us know how long you'll be gone. Service will be suspended until you come home.
